Advice and Development

Within our advisory proposal we have a multidisciplinary team that will analyze your needs and carry out, based on them, the structural, graphic and operational development of the required packaging.

Structural Design

We look for the best solution in terms of resistance, dimensions and models for the packaging of a product, finding the balance at the lowest possible cost.
The bases for the good design of the structures include a complete study of the characteristics of the product (weight, dimensions and resistance), the height of the pallets, the time and storage conditions (for example, cold rooms or humid environments), the different means of transportation, among other factors.

Operational Design

The objective of the operational design is to achieve the best use of the functions of the packaging through its better handling, both in the filling line, as well as in the assembly of pallets, its storage and transport to the final consumer.

Graphic Design

We seek to highlight the attributes of the product in order to convert the packaging into an advertising medium, highlighting the brand and promoting sales.

Support to the design process

Cutting and creasing plotter for corrugated cardboard, where we cut and mark the structural designs previously made in a computerized program. The result is a sample faithful to the final product that will serve to corroborate measurements and models with high precision. Then it will be delivered to the client for review and validation.

Our own rotary die workshop, which allows us to manufacture (and maintain) high-production die-cut box designs in a very short time. This allows us greater flexibility and a better response to all aspects of the process.

After Sales

We accompany our clients in the post-delivery process, jointly evaluating the performance of the product sold and the service provided.

Our After-sales service is designed to work together with customers, participating in the changes: of their processes; the design of primary packaging (those that go inside our box); the way to store your products; and others that occur naturally in their lives.

Being close and knowing these evolutions, it is possible to maintain an updated, economical and operationally optimal box.

This service is developed from two main types of work:

Service for the improvement and updating of existing boxes: the client's production process and the state of the pallets in their warehouse are studied, and from the observations, new ideas for packaging are generated. Based on the possible alternatives after the study, those that generate better performance are recommended. Here all the variables are analyzed, from the internal arrangement in the box, to handling, palletizing and transport optimization.

Incident attention is the most traditional facet of this service, and the best known: it is reviewed and investigated, establishing the root causes that caused it. From there we establish corrective and preventive measures, among which there may be alternatives to re-design the container, relating this point to the previous one.

Customer Training

We provide a training service to our clients, which includes basic concepts of the design process (structural, graphic and storage), the correct use of the box, proper palletizing and transportation.
The modality can be virtual or face-to-face, either at the facilities of our clients or at our industrial plant.
If we opt for the face-to-face mode at CICSSA, the theory can be complemented with a visit to our factory.
Finally, if your time permits, we conclude with a barbecue in our barbecue area.
